Dear Ms. Caputo, I am writing this letter to express my satisfaction with the work performed on our home by the company PCI Services Inc. 701-8 Koehler Ave. Ronkonkoma, NY 11779. PCI contracts with Liberty Mutual to perform household repairs after water damage. I must say that at first, having experienced less than satisfactory results from other service companies hired by insurance companies who carried our past coverage, I was skeptical of any service company recommendation by an insurance company. However, I am very pleased to report that those initial feelings of doubt were quickly proven wrong. PCI’s workers and representatives were professional, courteous, as well as friendly and considerate. Tom and Billy were very pleasant to deal with as well as businesslike and seemed to take pride in their company and its reputation. They were truthful, reasonable, and reliable. They began work when they said they would. The involvement of their company and Liberty Mutual’s handling of the claim the night of the water damage occurrence was a Godsend. Their workers were always on time and very hard workers who worked continuously throughout the day. They completed work each day in a timely fashion, without compromising the quality or quantity of the days work, so I would be able to make visiting hours at the hospital where my husband had been admitted for stress related medical problems just prior to their beginning the job. They arrived on time and were very careful with our home and our possessions. They left the premises as clean if not cleaner than when they arrived. The craftsmanship was excellent as well. Dear Mr. Gentile, I wanted to make you aware of my experience with PCI. I have been living in my current house for four years now, and have dealt with numerous plumbers, electricians and contractors and I also work in a field that deals with contractors and I have to say until now I have not had many good experiences. Here is my story: In the middle of the night my kitchen fell down for unknown reasons, the next day I contacted my insurance company and the referred me to Kevin Frey of Kemper. Kevin immediately responded and soon after I met Ken of your office two professional gentlemen. After some consideration I decided to use PCI to restore my kitchen. At this point I was introduced to Billy. From the first time we met I was confident I made the right choice. I don’t know where to start. Billy met us with cabinet companies, granite and tile companies Saturdays, evenings and answered so many phone calls I had him in my speed dial and all with a smile. He helped us make selections and had incredible ideas. Now the job begins, each day Bill and his crew were there the same time, worked diligently to get the job done. I have never experienced such professionalism and attention to detail as I have with Bill. Also, an electrician and plumber were brought in and both did a spectacular job. I hope you have an opportunity to view the pictures and see the work Billy has done, not to mention in the beginning of the job everything was carefully covered and at the end of the day I never would have known work was done in my house. The transferring of the Long Island property examiners desk from this district office to our home office is one of those changes. Dear Mr. Banuchi, I do not remember ever having a claim, but I have constantly heard stories of people complaining of “dealing with insurance companies” and “contractors who deal with the insurance companies” At this point, I can say that I was very pleased to be dealing with you. You showed me that extra service by coming over personally to assess the damage. You arranged for a contractor who was familiar with the type of problem and showed it in his dealing with me Office down time was minimal. I lost two days of seeing patients initially and would have been able to see emergency patients if necessary. While you were in the office, you heard some patients complain but they were assured that everything was under control. Thanks to your contractor, Joe Gentile, everything went smoothly. He arranged time with me and always showed up. He constantly telephoned. After the emergency portion of the repair, we arranged the days for the fixing up at minimal inconvenience for me each day, the office was left “in working shape” and I was very pleased with his firms work. He let me know what extra costs would be in advance, i.e. what he was responsible for, what I was responsible for. If there was a delay, I was prepared for it. Gentlemen, The purpose of this letter is to commend your company for hiring PCI Restoration Services to help your policy holders in their time of need.

I had, as you know, foundation and pipe leaks in my home in February of this year. We were beside ourselves because no plumbers, and I mean experienced plumbers, could not figure out where the problem was or how to fix it. We had no heat, no water and a blizzard on the way!

After calling Liberty Mutual we were very quickly contacted by Ken Wilson from PCI, who was very efficient and caring, and said he had a plumber who would be able to fmd the problem. We said fine, not really believing him, after having two other plumbers in our home, that this one would be able to figure it out. Well along came George Cavanagh and in a very short time, figured out the problem and he was back in a day (after giving us heat & limited water) and he and his great crew started their work. They were neat, polite, knew what they were doing and very sympathetic to our problems. They gave us the option of re-routing the pipes in the ceilings instead of destroying a lot of flooring looking for yet a second leak. After checking with both my husband and I, he went ahead & did the re-routing job. They took care not to ruin anything or break up my new ceramic floor, and tried to keep the dust down to a minimum. They fixed the problem, checked back numerous times and were there in a minute if we had any other problems. Fantastic, professional, knowledgeable workers and really nice people.

Monique Caputo, the very competent Loss specialist, was at our home in a flash to check on everything and give us an advance on our claim so we could get the carpeting taken care of as soon as we wanted to. Lovely lady.

Then the construction people came Bill Immel, and his crew (Billy Sexton & Kevin Rivers) to repair the extensive damage in the ceilings, walls etc. Once again, great workers, fast, neat and very accommodating. They did a beautiful job and you would never know that there was any damage in my home after they were done.

I can’t say enough about ALL these workers. Kudos to them, they all deserve a bonus!!!!!!!

From the very first phone call to PCI requesting help, after water flooded my home for several hours, to the final touches, you were fantastic. Your professionalism, workmanship, and handling of my claim from start to finish were a true credit to PCI and Metropolitan Insurance. I am so happy they referred us to you. Your men came in and picked up the water soaked flooring, dried out the house, and then repaired and replaced all the damaged areas. We had such a disastrous boiler puff back that I thought my house would never look the same. Well, after your crews were done it looked so much better!! Thank goodness we have such a reputable insurance company and one that works in such a way that the customer is at a minimal amount of discomfort When the adjuster explained to me that they would have you call me I wasn’t sure that this system would work out satisfactorily to me and my husband. I was so impressed with how they tore this house apart and thoroughly cleaned each item so carefully. They even painstakingly cleaned individual crystal pieces etc., in my hutch and knick knacks on my daughter’s’ dresser, things which were covered in soot. I couldn’t believe there was soot in my kitchen drawers, they cleaned it. They even knew to clean the fans on the refrigerator, etc. so the soot wouldn’t be circulated around the house again. I was impressed!! Mike, Andy and their crew did a wonderful job painting and papering. We were very pleased with the careful attention they gave to all detail. Billy and his carpet crew did a superb job installing the new carpets. I was very happy with the choice and quality of the carpet samples you have in your office. It was nice to be able to come right there and discuss options with you and know that you would take care of everything else. Mike, you are the best! On May 23rd, I called Metropolitan because my kitchen ceiling collapsed and I was in a panic. You were very helpful in getting someone to my home almost immediately.
